Our Heavy Duty Commercial Logo Mat Material is a large filament loop designed specifically for high traffic areas, such as entrance ways to Hotels, Resorts, Club Houses, Restaurants, Businesses, etc. It is self-draining, algae & mildew resistant, contains UV stabilizers, fade resistors, and abrasive resistors. It is twice the weight of our Standard Material, enabling more traffic and durability. These mats are extremely easy to clean. It is available in 24 colors. Edging and accent borders are included.  

How is the Logo Mat Made?
Our Inlaid Designer Mats are made by obtaining a logo or artwork from a customer and scanning it on our computer system and creating a viable proof for the customer to see and visualize what their mat is going to look like. We then edit and size their mat on the computer. Once we have our edited final proof, we separate the colors with our trapping software and ultrasonically cut each color on our cutting system. After each color is cut, we then assemble the entire mat on our tables very much like a puzzle. Once the pieces are secured tightly together, we then chemically weld each piece together. We then edge the entire mat for a finished bordered look.

Our special imaging process enables the designer image to become the same thickness (3/8") as the mat. The logo is now part of the mat structure. The image will NEVER wear off!

Each mat is hand cut and assembled for durability, quality and detail. Our exclusive material is made, cut and assembled in the USA.
